MONEY BACK GUARANTEE- Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide that the product does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of original purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer.

All Wireless Speakers have a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. Due to abuse of the wireless speakers, we are no longer offering the 30 day money back guarantee on wireless devices (Affective January 1st 2012). The one year warranty will still apply & be handled through the manufacturer or through us, depending on the product purchased. On these items that are not included with the 30 day guarantee, a 25% re-stocking fee is applied when returned within the 30 days or the product that is returned out of the guaranteed time line, may be refused & returned back to the original shipper. We are not responsible for any items returned without an authorized RMA# given. All returns must be requested online for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) approval prior to returning the product(s). Please visit the "Returns" link at the lower left botom of our website. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance. See our Returns page for information. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded. Items returned after the 15 day or 30 day (which ever applicable), money back guarantee are not eligible for a refund.
Outdoor Speaker Store will not be liable for any merchandise returned after the 15 or 30 day (whichever applicable), return policy. On Free Shipping orders that are to be returned for full credit, will have the reversal freight charge applied against the credit given. A 25% re-stocking fee may apply on items returned in non-saleable condition. Returned items must be returned in its original box with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included to receive full credit.
